I feel that this is a good instructional video for beginners in terms of using DreamWeaver. It shows the very basics of using DreamWeaver without being too long of a video. Because it's relatively short, viewers won't get too bored and the instructor is calm and speaks fluently. The video is also very easy to understand. The instructor highlights each individual section of which she's talking about so that the viewer never loses track of what's going on throughout the video.
