An anchor is a widget used to store and display a hyperlink. A link is used to take you from one page to another.

Fluid sites will shrink to the confines of the browser. A static site will stay the same if you shrink the window so that the edges are cut off.

A frame is like a border in that it continues around the page. The header or footer is only on the top or the bottom of the page.

Anchor is used to make a document on the World Wide Web while link is refereed to the World Wide Web.

Static uses fixed web pages while fluid has different percentages of the page.

Frames break up web pages in areas while headers/footers are images and text the appear to be on the top or bottom of the web page.
